This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Biz Boost Agency ("Biz Boost") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") on the effective date of acceptance into the Biz Boost Agency Affiliate Program.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By enrolling in the Biz Boost Agency Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Commissions and Payouts

a. Commissions:

Affiliate will receive a commission for each referred customer who purchases Biz Boost Agency services through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link.

b. Payouts:

Commissions will be paid out to the Affiliate on a net-30 basis, meaning payments will be processed and disbursed 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the sale occurred.

3. Tracking and Cookies

a. Tracking:

Affiliate will be provided with a unique affiliate link to track referrals.

b. Cookie Retention:

Cookies will be retained for a period of 60 days. This means that if a customer clicks on the Affiliate's link and makes a purchase within 60 days, the sale will be attributed to the Affiliate.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

a. Promotion:

Affiliate agrees to promote Biz Boost Agency services ethically and in a manner consistent with Biz Boost's brand.

b. Compliance:

Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing affiliate marketing.

5. Termination

a. Termination by Biz Boost:

Biz Boost reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and withhold any outstanding commissions if it determines that the Affiliate is in violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement.

b. Termination by Affiliate:

Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Biz Boost.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information received from the other party that is not publicly available.

7. Modification of Agreement

Biz Boost reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
